Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Any orders placed before 11am EST will be packaged and shipped out on that same business day. Any orders placed after 11am EST will be packaged and shipped on the following business day.
Igehydro.com utilizes USPS, Fedex, and UPS as shipping providers for parcel packages. Transit times vary based on the shipping provider as well as the method selected.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weights, dimensions, destination and shipping method. While we do our best to have shipping fees calculate accurately, sometimes errors happen and an adjustment must be made to the shipping fee. If you have been overcharged, you will be refunded the difference. If you have been undercharged, you will be contacted within the next business day to rectify the discrepancy. There are many reasons why the shipping fee may have been calculated incorrectly, but the most common reasons are rural delivery fees, multiple package fees, or an incorrectly selected shipping method.

Igehydro.com ships to the continental United States, and in most instances, Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. Territories.
Discrete Shipping
All packages from Igehydro.com come in plain unmarked packages. The shipping label will have a standard name on it that will not indicate the parcel came from Igehydro.com.
Freight Shipping
Freight shipping will need to be quoted on an individual basis. If you desire a freight quote, select the "In-Store Pickup" shipping option, and then leave a comment on your order indicating you would like us to quote a freight delivery. When quoting a freight delivery, you must use an address that is accessible for commercial trucking.
Return Policy
Igehydro.com has a 30 day return policy for unused and unopened product. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. Any return for defective or faulty products will be handled per the manufacturer's warranty specifications.
